I am Evandro Manara Miletto based in the City of Porto Alegre (southern Brazil), a place best known as the highest quality life capital in Brazil, and also the World Social Forum City. A nice view is in the picture below, from Guaíba River.

What does this site has?

You will find here my researches and some publications that envolve Computer Music, Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) fields (see Academic section), and a little of my work as Web designer (see Resources section).

A little about me

I originally started building websites in my post-graduation at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, with Dr Marcelo Pimenta, an expert in HCI and Software Engeneering. Since, I have followed W3C guidelines and webstandard phiolosophy while designing and redesigning websites, in order to improve the user Acessibility and Usability

I am a very simple person who likes music so much, as a listener and as a player. I had some tries in the past as a lead guitar of a 'Rock' group. Now a days I have done small performances with acoustic guitar and voice and also singing as Bass in some vocal groups (see www.expresso25.com.br) here in Porto Alegre.
